Nice room, helpful staff, TASTY breakfasts. There was cafe Kaldivia Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. Within 10 minutes' walk of the bus stop. Quick and easy access to Gabriel Garcia Marquez Cultural Center.
